Master List of Magnum Easy Eye Books

This post is an attempt to compile a complete list of Magnum Easy Eye Books, a paperback series published in the 1960's and 1970's by Lancer Books. The prefix is apparently a price indicator. Those prefixed with 13 cost 60 cents; those with 14 cost 75 cents. If anyone has information to help plug the gaps, please post them in the comments and I will update.

For the most up-to-date list, check the catalog page here

Books were also numbered on the spine. I have added the Magnum Easy Eye Number (which appears on the spine) after each entry.
